Biography

Samantha wears many hats both literally and figuratively. She facilitates clients in the selling and purchasing of real estate and she is a lead rental and property management agent for her office. She's a mother of two, a wife, a business owner and an active member of her community. 

Sam has been a licensed Realtor in Indian River County for over 9 years, but has worked in the Vero Beach real estate industry since she was 19 years old. Elected by her peers as our 2016 Rookie of the Year award winner, also nominated & served on The Board of Directors from 2018 to 2020 for the Realtors Association of Indian River County. She is a proud member of her exclusive and helpful association. 

Born & raised in Iowa, but now rooted in Vero Beach for over 17+ years. Sam embraces and applies her love and knowledge of real estate, sustainable Florida living, motherhood, and her bachelors degree from Full Sail University for Entertainment Business. Her appreciation for music, film, nature, small business and living intentionally help her educate her clients in the local culture & lifestyle. Sam love's this community and is very grateful she has the opportunity to raise her children here. She is an active member with the Environmental Learning Center, McKee Botanical Gardens & a professional Real Estate advisor for the Arts Village!
